Message from Chesterfield TKD Instructor

Posted on 21/12/2009

I would like to say a big 'THANK YOU' to all Little PUMA and Tae Kwon Do students/parents who have supported Chesterfield Club this year.

The club has gone from strength to strength and you have all helped to establish a real family/friendly atmosphere.

All of you have passed gradings with some superb results. We have seen seven members promoted to black belt 1st Degree! And many of you have entered competitions and bought trophies back with you!

Well done to those students who have recently passed their grading (please see results below) and also those who have been awarded end of year recognition awards.

I would like to say a special thank you to Thomas Bailey (Student of the Year 2009) who has given much of his time creating this very valuable website and always gives 101% to his training. Also thanks to Dale Hubbuck who is always happy to assist with lessons/grading etc and to those of you who continually give up your time to assist with Little PUMAs or teach in class.

I would like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and I look forward to seeing you all develop further in the New Year!

Emma Deakin (Instructor)

Tae Kwon-Do

Tae Kwon-Do is the scientific use of the body in the method of self defence. A body that has gained the ultimate use of it's facilities through physical and mental training. Tae Kwon-Do will improve your flexibility, strengthen your body, help channel agressions and reduce overall stress.

Where & When

Training usually takes place at Brookfield Community School, Chatsworth Road, Chesterfield on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Free 1st Lesson

Watch the news, read the papers - it's true and sad to see that violent crimes exist everywhere... Prepare yourself for the unexpected and protect yourself, your family and those around.
