FAST Self Defence Course for Adults (Sunday, 25 April 2010)

FAST stands for Fear Adrenalin Stress Training and is open for PUMA and non-PUMA members agred 15+. Unfortunately this event has been cancelled.

PUMA are hosting a F.A.S.T Defence Course for adults (15+) at Westwood College, Stoke-on-Trent on Sunday 25th April.

FAST stands for Fear Adrenalin Stress Training and is open for PUMA and non PUMA members.

The training will begin at 10am and lasts for approximately 4 and a half hours.

The cost of the course is £50 for PUMA members and £55 for non PUMA members. If anyone is interested (or has friends/family who may be keen), please see your instructor as soon as possible. There are only a small number of places available and money must be paid in advance to reserve a place.
