PUMA British Championships 2009

The P.U.M.A. British Championships to be held on Sunday 22nd. November 2009 at University of Bath, Bath, BA2 7AY.

The approximate schedule will be as follows:

Competition Entry Fee

Adult/Junior: One event £13, each event thereafter £5.

Little P.U.M.A.: £12.00 per competitor for both events.

All entries must be submitted to Miss Deakin by Monday, 2 November 2009. The competition entry form can be downloaded from the member area and is also available from Miss Deakin.

Sparring

Point stop for grades up to and including 5th kup (Blue Stripe).
Continuous sparring for 4th kup (Blue Belt) and above.

Please note: In the final of the Black Belt patterns there will be one optional pattern and one designated pattern.

Taekwon-Do

Taekwon-Do is the scientific use of the body in the method of self defence. A body that has gained the ultimate use of it's facilities through physical and mental training. Taekwon-Do will improve your flexibility, strengthen your body, help channel agressions and reduce overall stress.

Training usually takes place at Brookfield School on Mondays and Whittington Green School on Wednesdays.
