Area Squad Training

Every month there is an opportunity to take part in a more intensive Tae Kwon-Do session! It's great fun and very useful to meet people outside of Chesterfield club.

Usually there is two hours of Tae Kwon-Do followed by an optional one hour of weapons training (eg Bo Staff and Nunchaku).

The next session will be on Saturday, 28th January 2012.

This month the main Tae Kwon-Do Squad Training is from 9:00 until 11:00 followed by weapons from 11:00 to 12:00.

Area Squad is run by Miss Stacey Weatherer (Black Belt, 4th Degree, Chell and Stone) and Miss Emma Deakin (Black Belt, 4th Degree, Chesterfield)

Weapons Training 11am-12pm £5

If you have a sparring kit please bring it with you. You will be able to do some sparring.

Tae Kwon-Do

Tae Kwon-Do is the scientific use of the body in the method of self defence. A body that has gained the ultimate use of it's facilities through physical and mental training. Tae Kwon-Do will improve your flexibility, strengthen your body, help channel agressions and reduce overall stress.

Where & When

Training usually takes place at Brookfield Community School, Chatsworth Road, Chesterfield on Mondays and Wednesdays.
