Area Squad Training

Every month there is an opportunity to take part in a more intensive Tae Kwon-Do session! It's great fun and very useful to meet people outside of Chesterfield club.

Usually there is an optional one hour of weapons training (eg Bo Staff and Nunchaku) followed by two hours of Tae Kwon-Do.

The next session will be on Saturday, 17th Juy 2010 at James Brindley High School, Stoke-on-Trent (map and address to follow).

The optional weapons training (Bo Staff) is from 09:00 to 10:00 and the main Tae Kwon-Do Squad Training is from 10:00 until 12:00.

Area Squad is run by Miss Stacey Weatherer (Black Belt, 4th Degree, Chell and Stone) and Miss Emma Deakin (Black Belt, 3rd Degree, Chesterfield)

If you have a sparring kit please bring it with you. You will be able to do some sparring.

Tae Kwon-Do

Tae Kwon-Do is the scientific use of the body in the method of self defence. A body that has gained the ultimate use of it's facilities through physical and mental training. Tae Kwon-Do will improve your flexibility, strengthen your body, help channel agressions and reduce overall stress.

Where & When

Training usually takes place at Brookfield Community School, Chatsworth Road, Chesterfield on Mondays and Wednesdays.
