National Squad Training

Every month national squad training takes place. It's open to all PUMA students.

Yate Leisure Centre, Yate, Bristol.
10am to 1pm (unless otherwise indicated)

A kickboxing instructor is now available at all sessions.

Cost £7.50 per session.

Official White Doboks and belts required for patterns part of training session.

Please bring your Licence, a full set of safety equipment, a student (smartie) pad and spare t-shirt.

Tae Kwon-Do

Tae Kwon-Do is the scientific use of the body in the method of self defence. A body that has gained the ultimate use of it's facilities through physical and mental training. Tae Kwon-Do will improve your flexibility, strengthen your body, help channel agressions and reduce overall stress.

Where & When

Training usually takes place at Brookfield Community School, Chatsworth Road, Chesterfield on Mondays and Wednesdays.
